Who We Are: Trinity Nazarene

Trinity Nazarene has been nestled in eastern Jackson County for over 65 years. While we have seen some changes in our community, the church remains a constant presence for the lost and broken as well as God’s faithful. We encourage the family unit and develop strong friendships that last a lifetime.

We are Christians from the holiness movement born out of the Methodist Church over 100 years ago. We believe in the Holy Trinity: God the Father, His Son Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit. We believe the Bible is the authoritative word of God. When the Church began with Christ, He invited us to join in His mission by telling others that salvation is by grace through faith. In this church, you will be loved and given every opportunity to grow in your journey with Jesus.

We Worship: Connecting with God is our goal. He deserves our praise.

We Care: We love people and want to share Christ with everyone.

We Grow: Wherever you are on your journey, you will be encouraged for the next step.

What We Believe: Church of the Nazarene

We believe in one God — the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

We believe that the Old and New Testament Scriptures, given by divine inspiration, contain all truth necessary to faith and Christian living.

We believe that all are born with a fallen nature, and is, therefore, in need of a savior.

We believe that the sacrifice of Jesus Christ is for the whole human race; and that whoever repents and believes in the Lord Jesus Christ is forgiven and saved from the power of sin.

We believe that believers are to live a holy life, through faith in the Lord Jesus Christ.

We believe that our Lord will return, the dead will be raised, and the final judgment will take place.
